Till P. Gerhard Till Gerhard has worked in intellectual property protection since 1998, and has gained experience in all patent and trademark matters on both national and international levels. He is a German Patent Attorney, a European Patent Attorney and a European Trademark and Design Attorney and lectures on the topic of "Intellectual Property Protection" at the Technical University of Munich in the context of a business management programme. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Munich. It holds diplomas in Mechanical Engineering and in Industrial and Economic Science from the University of Munich. His theses were in the areas of medical technology (endoprosthetics) and cost accounting. After his studies, he worked as a development engineer and for several years as a technical manager for a mid-sized company (transportation and storage systems for gases, liquids and bulk materials). His main areas of technical expertise are mechanical engineering, process engineering, fine mechanics, medical technology, vehicle and traffic engineering, transport and conveying engineering as well as textile and printing technology.
