Alexander Horstkotte Alexander Horstkotte holds a degree in computer science from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich. He specialised in technical computer science and operations research. In his thesis, he explored real-time extensions for the operating system LINUX. Furthermore, he is studying law within the bachelor-master program at the Distance University in Hagen. Alexander Horstkotte has been project manager of an international team with members from Germany, USA and France for more than three years and has, among other things, worked at locations as Boston (USA), Norfolk (USA) and Paris (France). Moreover, he has worked as an instructor in the training of network administrators. He gained experience in the areas of computer simulation, network and database technology and IT security. In the field of intellectual property, his main areas are information and communication technology, cryptography, printing technology and software-related inventions.
